• Operation: The water to be treated enters the body of the filter through the water inlet, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel filter mesh, generating a pressure difference. The pressure difference switch monitors the change in pressure difference between the water inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and drive motor, triggering a series of actions to clean the filter element and drain the dirt.
• Maintenance: The filter should be cleaned after the system has been initially operated for a period of time (usually not exceeding one week) to remove impurities and dirt accumulated on the filter mesh during initial operation. Thereafter, regular cleaning is required, with the frequency of cleaning depending on the operating conditions.
