Pipe End 3PC Ball Valve

Pipe End 3PC Ball Valve consists of valve body, ball, valve stem, valve seat and other parts, of which the valve body is divided into three pieces, bolted together, hence the name 'three-piece'.The ball is the shut-off device, there is a hole in the middle, by rotating 90 degrees around the centre line of the valve body to achieve the valve open and close.

Principle of operation
The working principle of Pipe End 3PC Ball Valve is to control the passage of fluid by rotating the ball. When the ball is rotated to a position perpendicular to the pipe axis, the fluid is cut off; when the ball is rotated to a position parallel to the pipe axis, the fluid is allowed to pass. This switching method is simple and quick, and the switching stroke is short, only need to rotate 90 degrees to complete.
